PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS: Fennel does not transplant well and is best sown direct as soon as the soil is warm enough. Soaking the seeds for a day or two before planting ensures better germination. Pick a well-drained, sunny location and plant seeds ½” deep, 8-12” apart. Keep well-watered until established.
