Dill - Long Island Mammoth - Heirloom Seeds
Mammoth Dill – also called Long Island Mammoth – is the largest of the dill varieties. This variety is particularly well suited to seasoning omelets, cheeses, pickles, and soups. Mammoth Dill is a prolific producer and will re-seed itself year after year so be mindful where you plant this. Plants get 3-4' tall and have strongly aromatic foliage, stems, and heads. Use the baby sprouts in salads for an extra zing.
